She began as a home baker, 10 years ago, and now boasts of a thriving business with an outlet based in Mumbai, India.

Chef Aarav Mehta
Chef Aarav Mehta is a certified artisan baker trained at the Culinary Institute of America and holds a Diploma in Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, London. With over 12 years of experience in leading boutique bakeries across Mumbai and Singapore, he specializes in sourdough, rustic breads, and European artisan techniques.
Chef Nisha Rao
Chef Nisha Rao is a certified plant-based pastry chef with a Diploma in Baking & Patisserie from the Academy of Pastry Arts, Mumbai. With over 10 years of experience in premium vegan bakeries across India and Dubai, she specializes in egg-free artisan breads and vegan cakes, blending classic techniques with innovative, dairy-free ingredients.
